Job summary

Staffmark is hiring a Forklift Operator in Fullerton, CA. The role requires operating Cherry Picker and Stand-Up Reach forklifts, loading/unloading pallets, and ensuring inventory accuracy using RF scanners and WMS.

The position offers a Monday through Friday day shift with a competitive hourly pay rate of $21.50. Preferred candidates will have 1 year of cherry picker and stand-up reach forklift experience, a high school diploma or GED, and forklift training/certification.

• Ability to pass a forklift/equipment operation assessment.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.
• Ability to load, unload, move, stack, and organize palletized materials.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and safe equipment operation.
• Ability to accurately identify inventory, shipping documentation, and storage locations.
• Strong attention to detail, dependable attendance, and commitment to workplace safety.

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, manufacturing, or shipping and receiving is preferred.
• Current forklift certification or experience operating multiple classes of powered industrial equipment is beneficial.
• Experience using RF scanners, warehouse management systems (WMS), or inventory software is considered an asset.
• Individuals who demonstrate safe operating practices, teamwork, reliability, and productivity are well positioned for success as a Forklift Operator.

Physical Capabilities

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach throughout the shift.
• Comfortable working at elevated heights while operating equipment.
• Ability to work overtime and weekends as needed.
