Job summary

R+L Carriers is seeking a Part-Time Forklift Operator for our Lumberton, NC service center on the 2nd shift (Mon–Fri, 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM). You will move freight safely in and out of 53’ trailers at a roofed, non-climate-controlled dock.

Responsibilities include reading manifests and interacting with a computer display; must be dependable in a fast-paced environment. Preferred: forklift experience and some LTL exposure.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests.
• Ability to read/interact with a computer display.
• Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment.

2 nd Shift, Part-Time, Monday – Friday 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM

R+L Carriers has an immediate need for Part-time Forklift Operators at our Lumberton, NC service center. As a Forklift Operator, you will be tasked with moving all different types of freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long. You will be operating a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.

Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty

Ability to read manifests

Ability to read/interact with a computer display

Must be dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment

Preferred:

Previous forklift exp in a fast-paced environment
