Qualifications

• Experience operating a sit-down forklift in manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Strong mechanical understanding of basic machinery and production processes.
• Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving materials.
• Background in general labor, production or assembly work.
• Ability to follow safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented in handling materials, packing and inventory tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate a sit-down forklift safely to move materials and products throughout the facility.
• Handle materials, including loading, unloading, stacking and staging.
• Support production lines by supplying materials and removing completed products.
• Perform basic assembly and production tasks per procedures and quality standards.
• Assist with machine operations by feeding materials and monitoring basic functions.
• Carry out packing, labeling and prep for shipment.
• Follow safety guidelines and maintain a clean, hazard-free area.
• Identify simple equipment issues and report them promptly.
• Follow supervisor instructions and collaborate with team to meet goals.
• Participate in inventory activities and organize stock as directed.
