5th HQ is seeking an experienced Warehouse Associate with forklift experience in Pompano Beach, FL. The role supports daily operations, packing, shipping, inventory control, and safety compliance. Working hours are Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 5:00pm.

Ideal candidates have forklift experience and a valid certification is a plus, with strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and teamwork abilities to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient warehouse workflows.

Responsibilities

• Packing and Picking: Accurately pick and pack orders according to company standards.
• Wrapping and Shipping: Prepare and wrap packages for shipment, ensuring products are secure and well-protected.
• Loading and Unloading: Safely load and unload materials from delivery trucks and storage areas.
• Inventory Management: Assist in maintaining organized inventory, performing cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies.
• Quality Control: Conduct quality checks on incoming and outgoing products to ensure they meet company standards.
• Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to create a secure working environment.
