Job summary

Paycom is seeking a Forklift Truck Operator to move products from production lines to trailers, loading and securing shipments to meet customer requirements. You will use RF scanning, palletize goods, and ensure damage-free delivery while performing daily inspections and supporting inventory control.

The role requires prior forklift experience, the ability to read loading sheets, and the stamina to work in a fast-paced environment on site. Training and safety remain priorities.

Qualifications

• Experience operating a forklift in a manufacturing or warehouse setting.
• Ability to read loading summaries and use tape measures.
• Proficiency with RF scanning and basic computerized inventory systems.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts safely after certification and testing.
• Read loading summaries and verify correct product distribution.
• Palletize items and load trailers ensuring stability and damage-free delivery.
• Perform pre-operation inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Support inventory control through cycle counts and accurate staging.
