Job summary

Monoflo International in Winchester, Virginia is seeking Forklift Operators to manage the movement and retrieval of finished goods within our production facilities. The role includes operating Stand-up Crown Forklifts, maintaining inventory accuracy, and completing various assembly duties.

Applicants must have at least one year of experience driving Stand-up Crown RC Rider trucks and the ability to work independently while understanding work orders. The position comes with a range of benefits, including health coverage, a 401(k) plan, and competitive PTO.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience driving Stand-up Crown RC Rider trucks.
• Must be able to understand work orders and instructions.
• Must take initiative and work independently with minimal direction.
• Must plan and organize for efficient flow based on the production schedule.
• Successfully complete and maintain the OSHA forklift certification training.

Responsibilities

• Operate Stand-up Crown Forklifts in high traffic areas.
• Apply Finished Good Labels and utilize RF Scan Guns.
• Audit inventory for production locations.
• Load trailers for transportation to the warehouse.
• Maintain 5S standard locations and complete assembler duties.
