Oldcastle APG, a CRH company, is seeking a forklift operator to support our Milford, CT facility. You will operate forklifts, move pallets, and assist with material handling while following all safety policies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum two years of related experience in trades relevant to the job.
• Must pass internal certification program.
• Ability to read and interpret safety and maintenance manuals.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift in accordance with safety policies and procedures.
• Read job specifications to determine adjustments and material requirements.
• Position lifting devices under, over, or around loads.
• Transport loads to designated areas.
• Unload and stack materials; weigh and record weights.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area.
• Perform routine maintenance and small repairs as needed.
• Observe safety and quality standards.
