Aerotek is hiring a Forklift Operator for a permanent, on-site role in Cottage Grove, MN. Starting immediately with shifts on 2nd and 3rd, you will load/unload, stage, inspect items, and ensure accurate paperwork. Responsibilities

• Ensure all units are banded properly and have a clear visible load tag.
• Stage units in the warehouse and load/unload trailers efficiently.
• Perform a visual quality inspection on items and verify truck counts.
• Ensure that all paperwork is accurate.
• Follow all safety and company policies, reporting any issues, accidents, or incidents immediately.
• Complete online safety training each month as assigned.
• Maintain regular and exemplary attendance.
• Read the Wet End run schedule and prepare the correct rolls for coming paper grades.
• Drive and handle rolls safely according to company rules and training.
• Assist operators in peeling and prepping damaged rolls.
• Ensure butt rolls are properly prepped for return to the roll room.
