Job summary

AAK Louisville is seeking a Forklift Driver to move pallets and wrap loads for storage, while maintaining safety and efficiency on the warehouse floor.

Responsibilities include operating a forklift, using handheld scanners, pulling orders, and assisting receiving. A high school diploma and 3+ years forklift experience are required; basic computer skills are expected. Benefits include health coverage and an employer 401(k) match.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED is required.
• Basic computer skills are required.
• 3+ years’ experience operating a forklift in a warehouse environment.
• Ability to operate a handheld scanner.

Responsibilities

• Pick up completed pallets from the production line and place in warehouse.
• Hand wrap pallets from Shortening Line and Super Sacks line for storage.
• Replace supplies as needed and charge forklift before breaks and shift end.
• Drive forklift to move product and load trucks as needed.
• Pull orders to fit customer needs and create space for inventory.
• Operate scanners to pull customer orders and assist receiving.
• Follow GMP safety policies and participate in cost-containment.
