Job summary

Oldcastle, a CRH company, seeks a qualified forklift operator for an outdoor yard facility in North Carolina. You will operate 6,000 lb forklifts, load/unload materials, and follow strict safety procedures in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities include organizing inventory, verifying packing slips, and maintaining equipment through basic maintenance tasks. A minimum of 2 years' forklift experience and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience operating a 6,000 lb forklift in outdoor yard environments.
• Must read and write English.
• Ability to perform routine inspections and basic maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Operate stretch wrap machines and forklift equipment.
• Organize product in the yard according to inventory procedures.
• Safely load/unload product from flatbeds and trailers.
• Audit shipping documents and production schedules.
