Job summary

Warren Oil has an immediate need for a Forklift/Operator for our West Memphis, AR manufacturing facility. The Forklift Operator is responsible for operating a forklift to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise.

The Operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of the vehicle and be required to perform Order Selector duties. The role is a full-time opportunity with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• 1 year of forklift experience in an industrial environment.
• Basic math skills required.
• Forklift certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receiving/Put-Away: load inbound shipments safely and move product to storage locations.
• Quality: ensure inbound/outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage; report variances.
• Order Picking: pull and prepare product for shipment; ensure correct quantity and type.
• Loading: move product from staging/storage into trailers efficiently.
• Equipment: operate forklift/free equipment safely; perform basic maintenance and inspections.
• Inventory: keep records and assist in physical inventories; support proper stock rotation.
• Other duties as assigned
