Job summary

Pero Family Farms Food Company LLC in Wilkes-Barre, PA is seeking a Forklift Operator to support production by supplying lines, moving finished goods, and keeping areas clean. This onsite, full-time role reports to the Shipping and Receiving Supervisor.

The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of warehouse or forklift experience, a valid forklift certification, and the ability to operate pallet jacks and powered equipment safely. Strong teamwork and clear communication are essential.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years warehouse or forklift experience or equivalent.
• Must have forklift certification.
• Able to operate manual/powered pallet jack.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication.
• Team-oriented and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Supply production lines with raw product and materials.
• Remove finished product from lines.
• Clean up work areas and remove trash.
• Keep production lines stocked with needed product.
• Follow safety policies and operate equipment safely.
• Overtime may be required; other duties as assigned.
