FCA Packaging is seeking a dependable Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Forklift Operator in Hoffman Estates, IL. You will drive a company truck for local deliveries, safely load and unload materials, and operate a forklift to move items around our facility.

This full-time role offers daytime hours and a schedule that keeps you home every night, with a chance to join a team-focused packaging company that values safety and reliability.

Competenze

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to operate a forklift safely; forklift experience preferred.
• Non-CDL driving experience preferred.
• Dependable, punctual, and customer-service oriented.
• Ability to follow delivery instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
• Ability to perform physical work, including lifting and moving materials.
• Commitment to safe driving, equipment operation, and material handling.

About FCA Packaging

FCA Packaging is looking for a dependable, safety-conscious Non-CDL Delivery Driver / Forklift Operator to join our team. This position combines local deliveries with forklift operation and material handling at our facility. If you enjoy hands-on work, take pride in safe driving, and want a position where you are home every night, we'd like to hear from you! Hours of Operation are 6:30 am-4:30pm

What You'll Do

• Drive a company truck to make local deliveries and pick-ups.

• Safely load, unload, and transport materials to customer locations.

• Operate a forklift to move, stage, and organize materials.

• Verify deliveries and ensure materials are handled accurately.

• Secure loads properly and inspect the vehicle before and after trips.

• Complete delivery paperwork and maintain accurate records.

• Follow all traffic laws, company procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.

• Assist with warehouse and material-handling duties as needed.

What We're Looking For

• Valid driver's license and a driving record that meets company requirements.

• Ability to operate a forklift safely; previous forklift experience preferred.
