Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC in San Antonio, TX seeks a Warehouse Associate to move products and materials in a fast-paced production environment. You will operate forklifts, load/unload trailers, and ensure safe, compliant handling of goods.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED, 0-3 years general work experience, and forklift certification. Prior warehouse experience is preferred and benefits are offered.

Work days/Shift Hours – Sunday 2 PM-complete, Monday-Thursday 7 PM-Complete

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $18.08 to $20.00 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.

General Purpose

Responsible for moving product or materials in a production or warehouse environment using powered tools and vehicles.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate industrial vehicles and equipment.
• Transport raw materials, full goods and/or finished goods to designated area.
• Load and unload designated trailers and/or route trucks.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
• Move product and/or materials manually as required.

Qualifications

• High School or GED preferred.
• 0-3 years of general work experience required.
• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operator a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Demonstrated attention to detail. Forklift certification is required.
