Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a warehouse associate in El Paso, TX to move products and materials in a production environment. You will operate industrial equipment and pallet jacks, load/unload trucks, and ensure safety and compliance.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 0–3 years general experience, and forklift certification. Prior high-speed industrial experience is a plus, with opportunities for bonuses and benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years prior warehouse/stocking/forklift experience preferred.
• Previous experience within high-speed industrial environment a plus.
• Ability to operate a manual/powered pallet jack or lift product.
• Forklift certification is required.

Job Location: 4800 El Paso, TX
Work days/Shift Hours – if applicable: Monday - Thursday 1:00PM - Finish, Friday 12:00PM - Finish, Sunday 11:00AM -Finish (Tuesday and Saturday Off)

Compensation: Starting pay ranges from $16.50 to $20.48 per hour, based on experience. Additional earning opportunities may include performance-based incentives, quarterly bonuses, referral bonuses, and comprehensive benefits.
