Position Details: PBNA $23.95 / hour

Unloads transport trucks delivering finished products to the warehouse and stores them in designated warehouse space. Loads empty pallets and plastic storage flats/shells for return to manufacturing. Positions pre-made, multi-product pallets onto local delivery trucks. Includes housekeeping duties such as recycling plastic, mopping, sweeping, and maintaining cleanliness. Must pass Forklift Driving Skills test.

This role involves lifting cases weighing 20-45 pounds repeatedly, carrying and lifting cases while reaching, bending, climbing, walking/standing to move product. Periodic weekend and/or holiday work may be required.

PRIMARY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently
• Receive and store incoming items per warehouse standards
• Maintain safe storage arrangements
• Keep assigned areas clean (yard and warehouse)
• Reload trucks promptly and safely
• Sort and store partial cases of returned products
• Keep records of daily inspections
• Follow safety, food safety, and Good Manufacturing Practices
• Work with production equipment and technologies if required
• Meet performance standards
• Maintain reliable attendance

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

• 18+ years old; 21+ if CDL required
• Pass physical capabilities and Forklift Skills tests
• Valid U.S. CDL license if applicable
• Pass DOT physical and Road Test if applicable

HELPFUL EXPERIENCE:

• Experience in high-speed manufacturing environments
• Forklift operation skills
• Working with racking systems and pallets
• Knowledge of OSHA and safety standards
