NEPW Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Forklift Operator in Waterville/Fairfield, ME. Starting pay is $20 per hour with schedules that vary between 8-12 hours and include nights and weekends. You will work in a fast-paced warehouse environment handling loading, unloading, and order fulfillment.

Ideal candidates have proven warehouse experience, can operate a forklift and handheld scanner, and can lift 50–60 lbs. We value teamwork, safety, and reliability as core behaviors in daily operations.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate lift-truck to load and unload trucks.
• Receive and select pallets for outbound.
• Track shipments with a handheld scanner.
• Process, package and ship orders accurately.
• Keep warehouse space organized and safe.
• Inspect products for damage.
• Follow safety requirements.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
