Job summary

Litehouse Foods in Hurricane, UT, is hiring a Material Handler II to operate forklifts, pick and stack orders, and maintain accurate inventory. You will work in a cool, refrigerated environment and follow safety policies while supporting efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED strongly preferred.
• Forklift experience preferred; certification provided if needed.
• Experience working in a cool, refrigerated environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate powered industrial trucks (forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.) to move, load, unload, and stack materials.
• Pick and stack customer orders and receive vendor shipments accurately and safely.
• Maintain precise inventory records using handheld scanners and internal systems.
• Ensure proper stacking patterns and pallet configurations to meet quality and safety standards.
• Keep workspaces clean and organized through regular housekeeping duties.
• Uphold and follow Food Safety and Quality policies at all times.
• Work overtime and weekends as required.

Starting pay: $19.97/hr
Additional Pay: C Shift is $3/hr
