Position Summary

The forklift operator is responsible for putting away, dropping down, and rotating full pallets of stock through the warehouse inventory reserve racks using a stand-up or sit-down forklift.

What you’ll do:

• Maneuver stand-up, high reach, or sit-down forklifts to store or retrieve pallets up to 46 feet high.
• Pick, sort, and replenish products from upper racks to front pick bins.
• Unload products from trailers using forklifts and powered pallet jacks.
• Move products from receiving dock to storage areas.
• Follow safe handling procedures.
• Replenish products within cooler storage.
• Monitor product quality during movement.
• Break down pallets on receiving dock.
• Maintain cleanliness of docks and pick areas.
• Charge and clean forklifts at shift end.
• Record actions with RF scan guns.

About you:

• High school diploma or GED.
• 2+ years forklift experience.
• Team player with good organizational skills.
• Ability to pass forklift operation exam.
• Warehouse/distribution experience preferred.
