Staffmark Group is hiring a Warehouse Forklift Operator in Mt Juliet, TN. This hands-on role supports inventory control, order fulfillment, and safe operation of material handling equipment across 1st-3rd shifts.

You will pick, pack, load, unload, and move goods while maintaining a clean, organized warehouse environment. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, experience in warehouse settings, and a safety-minded, dependable approach.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Warehouse or material handling experience beneficial.
• Ability to identify products and shipping documents.
• Knowledge of safe material handling and workplace safety.
• Experience operating pallet jacks or similar equipment.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, label, and prepare orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and reach trucks.
• Move and organize inventory throughout the warehouse.
• Stage materials for shipping and production needs.
• Inspect shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow all safety procedures and warehouse protocols.
