R+L Carriers is seeking a Forklift Operator at our Fife, WA service center to safely move freight in and out of trailers up to 53’ long. This full-time role uses a forklift on a roofed dock, requiring reliability in a fast-paced environment.

The position offers an hourly rate of $25.33, paid vacation after 90 days, sick leave after 90 days, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical/dental/vision and a 401(k) with company matching, plus lodging at company resorts.

Qualifications

• Must be able to bend, lift and stoop without difficulty.
• Ability to read manifests and interact with a computer display.
• Forklift experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Dependable and able to work in a fast pace environment.
• Some LTL experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Move freight safely in and out of enclosed trailers up to 53’ long.
• Operate a forklift on a roofed but non-climate-controlled dock.
