Job summary

Clayton Homes is seeking a Receiver / Material Handler to manage the flow of materials across our factory. You will drive a forklift, receive vendor deliveries, check packing slips, and move items to the correct areas to support production.

This full-time on-site role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, attention to detail, strong teamwork, and forklift experience or certification. Clayton offers health and retirement benefits, tuition reimbursement, parental leave, and ongoing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Previous construction or warehouse experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and good communication skills.
• Ability to work well within a team.
• Experience operating a forklift or forklift certification preferred, training available.

Responsibilities

• Drive Forklift
• Provide Materials to plant
• Receive material that are delivered from vendors
• Check off deliveries by company material to packing slips
• Put materials in respective areas
• Responsible for getting materials to respective Departments in timely manner
• Rotate materials by date and delivery
• Check quality and state of material that is being received
• Other duties as assigned.
