Job summary

Welch Packaging Group is seeking a dependable material handler/forklift operator to move raw materials and finished goods in our Ohio warehouse. You will unload and load trucks, support other warehouse staff, and keep docks and aisles organized.

Must have high school diploma and forklift experience; ability to read English and tape measures; able to lift up to 75 pounds. Shift options are 6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm with overtime differential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Prior forklift experience required.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to read tape measures and perform basic mathematical calculations.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain forklift equipment as required.
• Perform daily forklift inspections per OSHA requirements.
• Process, tag, and store incoming raw materials as required.
• Inventory and organize finished products.
• Keep docks and aisles clean and organized.
• Assist other warehouse staff and coordinate with shipping personnel.
