The role focuses on safety, accuracy, and efficient material handling in a fast-paced environment. The successful candidate will have forklift certification, experience in warehouse operations, and strong teamwork and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain one.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Knowledge of warehouse operations, shipping and receiving.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Basic computer skills for inventory tracking and records.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
• Experience in warehouse or production setting.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment per safety guidelines and procedures.
• Load and unload trucks with accuracy in material handling and placement.
• Transport materials to designated warehouse or production areas.
• Move and load raw materials and finished products as required.
• Maintain inventory movement records using scanners or logs.
• Conduct routine inspections and report forklift issues promptly.
• Assist in cycle counts and stock management tasks.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and hazard-free.
• Follow safety regulations, policies, and SOPs.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines.
