Precision Castparts is seeking a Material Handler in South Gate, CA to move and manage stock using forklifts and lifting devices. This role supports multiple departments by supplying materials, unloading and stacking items, and tracking weights and quantities on production schedules.

Strong attention to safety, basic math, and clear communication are essential. High school diploma or GED required; prior forklift experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with forklift safety and operation required.
• Ability to read and interpret basic instructions and safety rules.

Responsabilités

• Move materials using forklift or other lifting devices.
• Position forks and lifting platforms to load/unload pallets and items.
• Unload and stack materials to designated areas.
• Keep materials inventory on the floor and supply as needed.
• Weigh materials and document weights on labels or schedules.
• Verify accuracy of parts leaving the facility for outside processing.
