Ryder is immediately hiring Full Time Warehouse Associates in Spring Hill, TN.

Warehouse Positions Pay Weekly:

1. Hourly Pay: $20.33 per hour
2. Overtime Pay: $30.50 per hour
3. Additional Pay: $1.25 per hour when assigned to second shift
4. Shifts: Monday - Friday, 4:00 pm - 12:30 am

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• One or more years of related warehouse and/or powered industrial truck experience preferred
• Valid forklift operator's license
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and build professional relationships
• Dependable, punctual, with good attendance
• Ability to perform work with minimal supervision and high accuracy under pressure
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs
• Ability to stand for long periods
• Ability to work safely and flexibly across various shifts
• Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills

Responsibilities include:

• Loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting
• Performing within performance measurement guidelines
• Accurate picking, packing, auditing, staging, and loading/unloading trucks
• Handling warehouse paperwork (e.g., picking sheets, returns, bills of lading)
• Providing technical and maintenance support for automated packing systems during core hours
• Other duties as assigned
