On-site roles support production and shipping operations by handling, storing, and moving materials. Requirements include 6 months to 3 years material handling, forklift operation, attention to detail, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 3 years of material handling experience in manufacturing or similar environments.
• Proven ability to safely operate forklifts and other required equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in inventory management and documentation.
• Ability to read and interpret packing slips and production schedules, with basic math skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Physically capable of lifting and moving up to 50 lbs regularly in a manufacturing setting.
• Forklift certification is highly preferred or required upon hire; company training provided.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (NetSuite, SAP, Plex) is a strong plus.
• On-site role located in Polk County, WI; relocation assistance not available.

Responsibilities

• Receive & Inspect: Unload, inspect, and document incoming raw materials for purchase orders.
• Organize & Store: Safely store materials, optimize warehouse space, and maintain accurate inventory using ERP/MRP.
• Support Production: Pull, stage, and deliver raw materials and WIP to workstations to keep production moving.
• Package & Ship: Move, inspect, package, label, and load finished goods for shipment per customer specs.
• Operate Equipment: Safely operate forklifts (sit-down/stand-up/reach), overhead cranes, pallet jacks; perform daily inspections.
• Inventory Control: Assist with cycle counts and physical inventories to maintain stock accuracy.
• Safety First: Adhere to OSHA regulations and PPE policies.
