Job summary

Gilder Search Group is seeking a Material Handler to operate a forklift and move materials around our facility located in Newtown, OH (about 5 miles east of Eastgate Mall). The role pays $16.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift premium, with a Monday–Thursday, 4 PM–2 AM shift.

Responsibilities include operating forklifts, staging materials for production, stocking machines, disposing of waste per EHS guidelines, maintaining clean work areas, and supporting production.

Qualifications

• Able to lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment.
• Good math and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work as part of a team.
• Willing to obtain forklift certification (company provided)

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other material handling equipment (training provided)
• Move materials to/from staging and production areas
• Stock machines with correct materials
• Dispose of waste safely following EHS guidelines
• Keep work areas clean and organized
• Perform additional duties as needed
