Job summary

Dal-Tile Distribution, Inc. in Texas is seeking a Warehouse Forklift Operator to support loading/unloading, picking, and moving product within shipping and receiving. 3rd shift, 5:00pm-1:30am, with sit-down and stand-up forklift expertise.

You will log tasks in the Warehouse Management System, verify stock, and ensure accurate packing and putaway. Competitive pay and benefits accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years distribution/warehouse experience.
• Six months to 1 year forklift experience (sit-down, reach, OP).
• Ability to understand and speak English.
• Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks.
• Good communication and record-keeping skills.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to pick orders and move stock to pallets; enter orders into WMS.
• Verify stock availability and audit orders for accuracy.
• Convey picked orders to packing/shipping areas.
• Receive product, inspect crates, apply labels, and stock appropriately.
• Putaway stock into designated locations and log locations in inventory system.
• Wrap, label, and pack products for shipping; load conveyor systems.
• Follow safety procedures; maintain clean, organized work area.
