Warehouse Forklift Operator Positions Pay Weekly — Hourly Pay: $20.30 per hour; Schedule: Three-and-a-half day workweek; A Shift; Sunday - Tuesday 5:15 am to 4:45 pm and Wednesday 5:15 am to 11:15 am. Ryder Warehouse Associates work in clean, organized facilities to provide a safe supply chain environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ year warehouse or powered industrial truck experience preferred.
• Valid Forklift Operator's License.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to work in a diverse environment and maintain professionalism.
• High level of thoroughness and dependability.
• Must be punctual with good attendance.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Initiative and accuracy under pressure.
• Ability to lift/push/pull up to 35 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Perform warehouse functions including loading, picking, packing, shipping, receiving, forklift operation, and cycle counting.
• Operate within contract performance measurement guidelines.
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, auditing, tote induction, staging, and loading/unloading of trucks.
• Process day-to-day paperwork (picking sheets, returns, bills of lading).
• Provide technical/maintenance support for automated packing systems during core shift hours.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
