Forklift Operator/ Material Handler

Shift/Hours:3rd Shift - Monday - Friday, 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM
**Training will be for one week and conducted on First shift 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM**
Pay Rate:$19/hour
Location:Marietta, Ga 30062
Experience:1+ year Forklift Operating and Material Handling.

Forklift Operator/ Material Handler Job Duties:

• Safely operate a sit down forklift, and clamp truck.
• Move, stack, stage, and retrieve materials within the warehouse.
• Track and process inventory and materials.
• Read and interpret barcodes to ensure correct product identification and placement.
• Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing materials.
• Perform general warehouse duties as assigned.

Forklift Operator/ Material Handler Skills:

• Leadership in a fast-paced environment.
• Must have relevant work experience.
• Must uphold a safe working environment.
• Must be able to get to work on time.
• Ability to work within a non-climate controlled environment.

Forklift Operator/ Material Handler Requirements:.

• Familiarity with warehouse operations, forklift operating, and material handling procedures.
• Basic math/reading ability.
• Ability to speak/understand English.
• Able to pass forklift evaluation.
• Able to provide 2 professional references.
• Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen.
