Job summary

ntnusajobs is seeking a dedicated Material Handler to operate a tugger/forklift, loading and unloading components and moving them to the correct locations on the shop floor. You will ensure accurate part numbers, maintain stock levels, and support Kanban and 5S processes.

The role requires at least 6 months in manufacturing, forklift experience preferred, and strong verbal and written communication. High school diploma is required to apply.

Qualifications

• 6 months experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Prior experience driving tugger/forklift preferred.
• Excellent verbal & written communications skills.
• High School Diploma.

Responsibilities

• Operate tugger/forklift to load/unload components.
• Move components to assembly lines and racks.
• Bring back empty totes and stack them on designated return skid outside the component cage.
• Verify part number and quantity vs JDE label.
• Maintain correct stock levels on assembly lines.
• Report missing Kanban cards to Supervisor or Team Lead daily.
• Communicate during shift changes about pertinent information.
• Assist with tote breakdown, skids, and baskets.
• Communicate with rack & cage personnel for needed parts.
• Any other duties assigned by team leader or supervisor.
• Understand that the component cage and racks are a controlled area.
