thyssenkrupp Bilstein of America, Inc. in Hamilton, Ohio is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support production and logistics operations. You will move materials, stock inventory, and ensure accurate fulfillment using SAP and RF scanners.

You will maintain a safe, organized workspace, perform MHE operations, and collaborate with teams to meet daily targets. Overtime including weekends may be required.

Qualifications

• Forklift experience preferred with ability to obtain a license.
• Stable work history and safety focus.
• Strong customer focus and work ethic.
• Basic math with decimals understanding.
• Willingness to work overtime, including peak periods.
• Must lift up to 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a safe working environment by following safety policies.
• Execute reservation requests and move materials to banked inventory locations.
• Perform replenishments and put-away tasks to support production needs.
• Process transfer orders and bin-to-bin transfers.
• Conduct reservation picking and dynamic Kanban picks.
• Assist with freight unloading and ensure proper receiving and storage.
• Operate MHE equipment safely (Tugger, Reach Truck, etc.).
• Use SAP and RF scanners to complete inventory transactions.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies to leadership.
• Follow 6S and keep work area organized and compliant.
• Complete monthly safety training on time.
• Dedicate to team values and shift reliability.
