Job summary

PACKRITE, LLC in High Point, NC seeks a Material Handler to support production efficiency and quality. You will operate a forklift, assist gluer operations, and help prepare for upcoming jobs while maintaining a clean, safe work area.

Responsibilities include ensuring production meets customer requirements, monitoring quality, and participating in safety and continuous improvement initiatives. 12-hour shifts with minimal schedule variation are expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; equivalent training is a plus.
• Ability to read and understand safety rules, job jackets, and quality requirements.
• Ability to multi-task, troubleshoot, and follow written and oral instructions.

Responsibilities

• Control overall efficiency, quality, safety, and cleanliness of production equipment.
• Operate forklift and other machinery to transport materials safely within the plant.
• Assist operator with folder/gluer operation and make-ready for next job.
• Monitor production quality and ensure outputs meet customer requirements.
• Maintain organized work area and support safety and continuous improvement efforts.
