Job summary

You will load/unload using forklifts, stage materials, and record movements in the inventory system, with attention to detail and adherence to PPE requirements. Prior experience and a valid forklift certification are preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 1 year warehouse, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferred.
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain certification upon hire.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory management systems.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and safety.

Responsibilities

• Transport raw materials, finished products, and supplies within the facility.
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and containers using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other approved equipment.
• Stage materials for production and ensure production lines remain stocked.
• Record all material movements accurately within the inventory management system.
• Assist with inventory control, including cycle counts and stock verification.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of warehouse, staging, and production areas.
• Ensure compliance with safety policies and use of PPE.
• Communicate with supervisors and colleagues to meet production and shipping schedules.
• Perform additional duties to support operations.
