Qualifications

• Requires HS diploma or GED.
• 2 years in a fast-paced logistics/manufacturing environment.
• Ability to work all shifts including nights and weekends.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot logistics and carrier challenges.
• Experience with warehouse concepts and safe fork truck operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift and loading equipment safely.
• Unload/load trucks and verify shipments.
• Pick, verify, and prepare orders for shipping.
• Maintain clean and safe work areas and report hazards.
• Coordinate with Logistics Planner and Shipper/Receiver.
• Support cycle counting and inventory accuracy initiatives.
