Job summary

Hospeco Brands Group in Knoxville, TN is seeking a Forklift Operator to move and track materials inside the warehouse, ensuring accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

The role requires experience in material handling, ability to lift up to 50–100 lbs, and willingness to work the 3:30pm-12:00am EST shift. A $250 onboarding bonus at 90 days and another $250 at six months is offered.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift/move up to 50–100 lbs.
• Stand, walk, bend and lift for extended periods.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Able to work in varied warehouse conditions (heat, cold, dust).

Responsibilities

• Operate stand-up/sit-down forklifts safely.
• Transport inventory and finished goods within the warehouse.
• Prep warehouse areas for order processing.
• Pick, palletize, wrap, and stage orders.
• Verify counts of received goods and match packing slips.
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and follow safety procedures.
