Job summary

Express Employment Professionals is hiring experienced Forklift Operators and Material Handlers to support several businesses in warehouse, logistics, and distribution operations. Positions are available for sit-down forklift operators in fast-paced environments including shipping, receiving, inventory, and production support.

Pay starts at $11.50+ per hour (Depends on Experience). Schedule is Full-Time; please call for schedules.

Qualifications

• Recent forklift experience required.
• Experience in warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics environments preferred.
• Familiarity with RF scanners, inventory systems, or basic data entry.
• Ability to lift and move materials and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible schedules including overtime.

Responsibilities

• Operate a Sit-down Forklift to move, stack, and transport materials
• Assist with Shipping & Receiving as needed
• Load and unload trucks, trailers, and production lines safely and efficiently
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare orders for shipment
• Store and retrieve materials from racking systems, including high racks
• Use RF scanners and warehouse systems to track inventory and shipments
• Inspect materials for damage, shortages, and quality issues
• Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with cycle counts
• Follow FIFO procedures and shipping/receiving processes
• Perform daily forklift inspections and basic equipment maintenance
