Staffmark Group is hiring a Forklift Operator in Long Prairie, MN. The role pays $21.00–$23.00 per hour and runs 6:00 AM–2:30 PM, Monday–Friday (times may vary).

The ideal candidate will have a GED or high school diploma, 1+ year forklift/receiving experience, a valid certification, and the ability to operate sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks while following safety standards and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• GED or high school diploma required.
• 1+ year forklift + receiving experience in a warehouse setting.
• Valid cert.
• Run sit-down, stand-up, or reach trucks.
• Know safety rules and warehouse basics.
• Stay strong - lift 50 pounds and stay on your feet.
• Inspect equipment and report issues.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts to move materials safely and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate receiving processes and records.
• Perform pre-shift safety checks and report hazards.
• Support team to keep the warehouse flowing.
