Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Forklift Operator/Warehouse Operator II to move, organize, and track materials in the warehouse. You will operate forklifts, support shipping and receiving, and help maintain accurate inventory.

This role requires at least 1 year of warehouse experience, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and the potential for overtime. You must read and write English, stay safe, and follow GMPs and SOPs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Proven experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Comfortable working around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Flexible to work overtime based on business needs.

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow
• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies
• Perform other duties as assigned
