Job summary

Nestlé USA is seeking a Warehouse Operator II to move, organize, and track materials in the warehouse. You’ll operate forklifts and support shipping and receiving, ensuring inventory accuracy and safety while performing duties from the Warehouse Operator I role as needed.

The position requires reliability, the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and working around powders and food allergens. Shift is Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM, with a 4–5 day onboarding in the first week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of manufacturing or warehouse experience.
• Ability to obtain forklift certification.
• Experience operating forklifts and warehouse equipment.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and move throughout shift.
• Work safely around powders, chemicals, and food allergens.
• Overtime flexibility as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks, verify shipments against docs.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Follow GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
