Job summary

NFI Industries is hiring a Forklift Operator II to move and manage merchandise in a warehouse setting. You will operate forklifts, perform pre-operation checks, and ensure accurate order picking and shipment preparation.

The role requires attention to detail, basic math skills, and the ability to follow safety procedures. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 7:00 am–3:30 pm, with a competitive base hourly rate and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 2+ years forklift operation experience preferred.
• Must pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs pre-operation inspections.
• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated locations.
• Unloads inbound shipments and transports to storage locations.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares products for outbound shipment.
• Verifies quantities and product types before shipping.
• Performs order picking accurately and timely.
