Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate forklift equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain equipment safety.
• Complete pre-operation inspection forms for equipment.
• Stack and store merchandise in designated rack locations.
• Unload inbound shipments and transport product to storage locations.
• Pull, stage, and prepare products for outbound shipment.
• Verify that the correct quantity and product type are loaded and shipped.
• Perform order picking in an accurate, timely, and customer-service-focused manner.
• Move product from staging or storage areas into trailers for outbound loads.
• Maintain required documentation and reports to support inventory accuracy and product security.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and periodic cycle counts as directed.
• Ensure inventory is rotated in accordance with company standards.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies to the inventory control team.
• Use RF scanning devices to support accurate inventory management.
• Report safety concerns, hazards, or incidents to management promptly.
• Demonstrate basic Excel skills and general computer proficiency to complete required tasks.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as required by the role and determined by management.
