Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated in Clayton, NC is hiring a 1st Shift Full-Time Forklift Operator II. The role moves materials across the facility using forklifts/pallet jacks, with a starting pay of $20.84 per hour, depending on experience, and a 4x10 schedule (Mon-Sat, 7am start).

You will pull equipment, secure outbound loads, and document activities in SAP/CONA handhelds. Safety, housekeeping, and teamwork are emphasized, with opportunities for growth and training.

Qualifications

• Forklift and pallet jack certification.
• Switcher operation certification.
• Ability to operate multiple material handling devices safely.
• Capable of reading SOPs and following instructions.

Responsibilities

• Move, load and unload assets using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Pull vending and cold drink equipment to fulfill requests.
• Secure outbound loads and attach required documentation.
• Update SAP/CONA handheld systems for inbound/outbound accuracy.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and perform pre/post-trip checks.
