Job summary

The Coca-Cola Bottlers (CONA Services) in Charlotte, NC is seeking a 3rd Shift Full-Time Forklift Operator I to support warehouse operations. You will build pallets, unload inbound, load outbound, and replenish pick zones while maintaining safety and accuracy.

You will drive a pallet jack as needed and adapt to different areas of the warehouse. The role requires reliability, teamwork, the ability to lift 30–75 lbs, and flexibility in scheduling to meet business needs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of work experience preferred.
• Ability to read and follow instructions from a computer screen.
• Able to lift 30–75 lbs repeatedly.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Willingness to work varying shifts and adapt to business needs.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets by arranging cases on pallets safely and efficiently to create stable loads.
• Unload inbound product and move materials to storage using appropriate equipment.
• Load outbound product and transport to loading docks for shipment.
• Replenish pick floor and vertique mezzanine areas as required.
• Maintain cleanliness and safety; perform pallet building and related tasks as directed by management.
• May perform other duties as assigned.
