Coca-Cola Consolidated in Charlotte, NC is hiring for a 1st Shift Full Time Forklift Operator I. This role builds pallets, unloads inbound, loads outbound shipments, and replenishes pick and mezzanine areas across the warehouse, with safety and accuracy as priorities.

You’ll work Mon-Sat 7am-3pm, with competitive benefits, opportunities for career growth, and mentorship. A PIT Certification is preferred, and 1–3 years of warehouse experience is typical.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of relevant work experience.
• PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) Certification preferred.
• Able to lift 30–75 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Build pallets and prepare orders safely and accurately.
• Unload inbound material from docks and move to storage.
• Load outbound product onto trailers safely.
• Replenish pick floor and mezzanine areas.
• Maintain a clean, safe work area; assist with pallet building.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.
