NFI Industries in Dallas, TX is seeking a Forklift Operator II to move, stack, and count merchandise in a fast-paced warehouse. You will operate multiple forklift types, perform pre-operation checks, and help with order fulfillment while upholding safety and accuracy.

The role requires 50%+ forklift operation, a High School Diploma or GED, and certification. Prior forklift experience and basic math are preferred, and strong attention to detail and customer service are essential.

Formación

• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.
• Preferred 2+ years of forklift operation experience and/or experience using warehouse distribution equipment.

Responsabilidades

• Operates all material handling equipment safely and efficiently, following established work practices and safety procedures.
• Stacks and stores merchandise in designated rack locations.
• Unloads inbound shipments safely and transports product to assigned storage locations.
• Pulls, stages, and prepares products for outbound shipment.
• Verifies the correct quantity and product type are loaded and shipped.
• Performs order picking in an accurate, timely, and customer-service-focused manner.
• Maintains required documentation and reports to support inventory accuracy and product security.
• Assists with physical inventory counts and cycle counts as directed.
