Job summary

Nestlé Health Science is seeking a Warehouse Operator II for the 2nd shift (Monday–Friday, 3:00–11:30 PM). You will operate forklifts, support shipping/receiving, and maintain inventory accuracy.

The role includes performing duties from the Warehouse Operator I as needed, with emphasis on reliability, safety, and efficiency. The position offers a structured onboarding program and a competitive pay rate of $20.65/hour plus a $1.50 shift differential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1+ years of experience in manufacturing or warehouse operations.
• Able to obtain forklift certification and operate warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and material handling equipment safely.
• Load and unload trucks, verifying shipments against documentation.
• Perform cycle counts and update inventory systems.
• Organize and label warehouse storage areas.
• Pick, pack, and stage materials for shipment.
• Inspect equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize tasks and maintain workflow.
• Follow safety rules, GMPs, SOPs, and company policies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
