Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• 6 months forklift operation experience and/or warehouse equipment use preferred.
• Must qualify and pass NFI forklift certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective customer service skills and basic math competencies.

Responsibilities

• Operates material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
• Performs pre-operation inspections and documents them.
• Stacks and stores merchandise using forklift or related equipment.
• Unloads inbound shipments and moves products to storage locations.
• Pulls and prepares products for shipment per requirements.
• Verifies quantities and product types loaded and shipped.
• Performs order picking accurately and promptly.
• Moves product to trailers for outbound loads.
• Maintains documentation to support inventory accuracy.
• Assists with physical inventory and cycle counts.
• Uses RF scanning devices to support inventory management.
• Reports safety concerns promptly to management.
• Demonstrates basic Excel skills to complete tasks.
