AIT Worldwide Logistics is hiring a Forklift Operator I to move goods within our Kentucky warehouse. You will meet inbound and outbound shipments with a forklift, weigh materials, and ensure accurate placement on the floor and in stacks.

Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or GED, 0–3 years of experience, and a forklift certification. We value safety, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while supporting our global logistics network.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent required.
• Forklift certification required upon hire.
• 0–3 years of experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate a manually controlled gasoline or electric forklift to move materials.
• Use lifting devices and equipment to load, unload, and stack products.
• Weigh materials and record on production schedules.
• Perform safety checks and routine maintenance on lifts.
• Follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Comply with company policies and legal guidelines.
